Clarke Mobility are committed to looking after our customers, we not only help you find your ideal accessible vehicle but provide ongoing support throughout the lease of your Motability contract. From the time of your initial contact, we will guide you with our knowledge and give advice on all the accessible vehicles available, their capabilities and how to get the most out of that vehicle.

We have the ability to offer the Motability New and Nearly New scheme and being an independent dealer, we have a wider range of vehicles from all the converters. Clarke Mobility offer:

  • Free home delivery
  • Customer helpline, open seven days a week
  • Post-delivery familiarisation check
  • Annual WAV check (physical check of the adapted belts, ramps etc)
  • Fully equipped service van for adaption repairs

After the demonstration of your nearly new WAV we will take this back to our workshop where we will valet the vehicle inside and out, a PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection) will make sure the vehicle is safe for use, then a free home delivery will take place usually 7 to 10 days after the initial demonstration. Clarke Mobility try to keep continuity all the way through your experience. This involves the demonstration, handover, familiarisation checks and annual wheelchair checks. Handover of the vehicle will be done by the Motability specialist who has been with you all the way through the process.

Clarke Mobility has a fully equipped service van and engineer that will care for your vehicle during the time of your lease. The stocked van caters for most common faults and therefore repair time will be prompt. 4 – 6 weeks after delivery of your new WAV we will contact you to arrange a familiarisation check. This will give you the chance to ask any questions that has arisen since the last time you spoke to your Motability specialist. Annual inspections will be carried out by our trained specialist. They will check all conversion components including:


  • Wheelchair ramp
  • Seating
  • Front and rear wheelchair restraints
  • Wheelchair user seat belt
  • Assist winch (if applicable)
